Veda Yogshala

Veda Yogshala is a women-led yoga school in Rishikesh, India, founded in 2015 by Yogacharya Pushpa Ji and Yogi Jay Ji. We offer residential Yoga Teacher Training programs for students from around the world, including 100-hour and 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training and Multi-Style Yoga Teacher Training. Our programs combine traditional yoga practices, asana, pranayama, meditation, yoga philosophy and teaching methodology in a supportive learning environment. We also offer daily drop-in yoga classes, yoga retreats, Sound Healing, Reiki Healing and meditation programs. Veda Yogshala is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School (RYS 200), Registry ID 383129. Students of all genders and experience levels are welcome.
