An island, not a resort strip

Nusa Lembongan is small enough to cross on a scooter in twenty minutes. There is no airport, no nightlife district and very little to pull your attention away from the course — which is precisely the point of a residential training. The shala is beachfront and open-sided, with direct views of the sea, so morning practice happens in actual daylight and sea air rather than under studio lights.
Class sizes are kept small and the mentoring is personal. That matters more in a teacher training than almost anything else: adjustments, cueing and the confidence to stand in front of a room are learned through feedback, and feedback needs a teacher who can actually see you.
What the 23 days cover
All Yoga Training is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School. Graduates who complete the programme receive a 200-hour certificate and can register for RYT 200 with Yoga Alliance. The syllabus is multi-style, built on an Ashtanga Vinyasa foundation:
- Ashtanga Vinyasa, the Modified Primary Series, Rocket Yoga and Creative Vinyasa Flow
- Yin Yoga and Mysore-style self-practice
- Pranayama, meditation, mindfulness and breath-led movement
- Functional anatomy, movement patterns and injury prevention
- Yoga philosophy, the Yoga Sutras, the Eight Limbs and teacher ethics
- Alignment, pose breakdowns, transitions, modifications and adjustments
- Sequencing, cueing, class design and practical teaching experience
Ashtanga discipline, Rocket playfulness
The combination of Ashtanga and Rocket is the thing that gives this course its character. Ashtanga gives you a fixed sequence, a count and the discipline of returning to the same shapes every day until your body stops arguing with them — the Mysore-style self-practice sessions are where that habit is built. Rocket Yoga and Creative Vinyasa Flow then break the form open, so you learn to build your own sequences rather than only reciting someone else's.
Yin sits on the other end of the dial: long, passive holds that work connective tissue and teach you to sit with sensation instead of escaping it. Teaching all three gives a new teacher real range — you leave able to lead a sweaty morning flow and a quiet evening Yin class, which is a far more employable combination than either alone.
The workshops that are not on most syllabuses

Alongside the core curriculum, students take a set of signature workshops. Cold exposure and Wim Hof breathing pairs breath control with a genuine physiological stressor. Arm balances and asana clinics break down the postures that intimidate people most, which is where partner work and spotting earn their place. Mat-marking sessions give each student personalised correction on their own practice.
The one most graduates mention afterwards is the Business of Yoga. A 200-hour certificate does not tell you how to price a class, find a studio, build a following or turn teaching into income — and most trainings skip it entirely. If you intend to actually teach rather than just deepen your practice, that session is worth more than another hour of asana.
The rhythm of the week

Days are full — practice, workshops, theory and teaching practice — but there is a day off every week, and that structure is deliberate. Twenty-three consecutive days of intensive training without a break produces exhausted students, not good teachers.
The day off is yours: rest, explore the island, surf, or take the boat across to Nusa Ceningan. Lembongan is small and safe enough that this is genuinely restorative rather than another logistical effort.
Where you stay
For selected upcoming dates All Yoga Training offers free accommodation for the first 10 students to book. The nearby dorm is a family-run guesthouse about three minutes' walk from the shala, with Wi-Fi, lockers, daily housekeeping, fresh linens, a saltwater pool and tropical gardens.
Worth being clear-eyed about: this is dormitory accommodation, not a private room. For a lot of trainees that is a feature — living alongside your cohort for three weeks is a large part of why residential trainings work — but if you need your own space to recover at the end of a long day, budget for a private room on the island and ask the school what is nearby before you book.
Who this course suits

It fits you well if you have an established practice, want a physically demanding Vinyasa-based training, and would rather be on a quiet island than in a town. The Ashtanga and Rocket content rewards people who already move comfortably through sun salutations and want to go further.
It fits you less well if you are brand new to yoga and want a gentle, mostly philosophical introduction, or if you need a city around you — Lembongan has a handful of warungs and not much else. It is also worth checking current dates and prices directly with the school, since the free-accommodation offer applies only to selected intakes and only to the first ten bookings.
As with any training, verify the Yoga Alliance registration yourself rather than taking a logo on a website at face value, and read recent reviews from past cohorts. Our complete guide to yoga teacher training covers what the hour counts mean, what registration does and does not guarantee, and the questions worth asking before you pay a deposit.
Book with confidence
All Yoga Training is a verified school on YogaStay, which means its listing, registration and contact details have been checked rather than taken on trust. You can see live dates, pricing and what is included — and reserve a place — on the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Bali listing, or browse the school's full profile and photos on its YogaStay page. The school also runs a second 200-hour programme in Phuket, Thailand, if the dates on Lembongan do not line up with yours, and you can always visit it directly at allyogatraining.com.

How long is the All Yoga Training 200-hour course in Bali?
It runs for 23 days in Jungut Batu, Nusa Lembongan, with one day off each week built into the schedule.
Is All Yoga Training Yoga Alliance registered?
Yes. It is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School, and graduates who complete the 200-hour programme receive a certificate and can apply for RYT 200 registration.
Is accommodation included?
For selected dates the school offers free accommodation to the first 10 students who book. It is a dormitory at a family-run guesthouse about three minutes from the shala, with a saltwater pool, Wi-Fi, lockers and daily housekeeping. Check the specific dates you want, as the offer does not apply to every intake.
Do I need to be an advanced practitioner?
No, but you should have an established regular practice. The syllabus is built on Ashtanga Vinyasa with Rocket and Creative Vinyasa Flow, so it is physically demanding and suits dedicated practitioners rather than complete beginners.
Where is Nusa Lembongan?
It is a small island off Bali's south-east coast, reached by a boat crossing of roughly 30 minutes from Sanur. There is no airport, which is part of why it works so well for a residential training.
